Abode Care Partners is a physician-led medical group under BrightSpring Health Services that delivers integrated, value-based primary care to residents across skilled nursing, senior living, and post-acute settings.

Experience Fresh partnered with Abode Care Partners to modernize their brand and strengthen alignment between marketing, operations, and clinical care. The initiative began with a comprehensive brand refresh that clarified Abode’s position within BrightSpring Health Services and emphasized their leadership in value-based primary care.

From strategy through execution, the partnership encompassed brand development, messaging architecture, and design systems that unified the company’s story across audiences. This included a complete website rebuild, refreshed sales collateral, digital campaigns, and segmented communications tailored to senior living, skilled nursing, and CCRC operators. Together, these efforts positioned Abode Care Partners as a trusted, forward-thinking partner for communities and care organizations nationwide.
