The leadership team at Gatewood Wealth approached the financial division of ExF with the challenge of refreshing the brand of the company while paying homage to the decades of trailblazing its founder tredged to provide comprehensive financial guidance to families and businesses all across the country. After thorough reserach, competitor analysis and interviews, the decision was made to shorten the name from Gatewood Wealth Solutions, commonly abbreviated as GWS, to Gatewood Wealth. The name suggests that the firm is a protector and a strong foundation for families and businesses to partner with in the creation of their financial future. We also discovered that Gatewood Wealth goes above and beyond for those they serve at “key moments” in their lives. The creative team ran with this concept and personified it by making the G and the W create a “key” icon that symbolizes the firm’s core ethos : “Gatewood Wealth, for all of life’s Key Moments”.
With a completely refreshed brand and website due to launch in early 2025, Gatewood also tasked ExF with the responsibility of creating an owned lead generation funnel to continue growing the portofolio of families the firm serves. At $1.5B in AUM, Gatewood is currently one of LPL Financials top 5 independent practices with nearly 30 employees all over the US.
