The Livingston is a new boutique Hyatt Collection hotel developed by MBG Hospitality, created for travelers who move fast but stay grounded.
Hyatt and MBG set out to create a new kind of hotel in Brooklyn – one that captured the city’s rhythm while offering travelers a place to pause and recharge without missing a beat. The vision: a brand rooted in motion, comfort, and Brooklyn character.
We partnered to bring that vision to life through The Livingston, starting with the concept we developed: Keep Going, Stay Here. From there, we led naming, logo design, brand messaging, and creative direction – shaping every detail of the guest experience. We extended the brand into the hotel’s coffee shop and all-day eatery, creating distinct but connected identities and building custom websites for each. The result is a cohesive, energized brand that reflects the energy of Brooklyn and those who visit it.
